Full Job Description
The Human Resource Recruiter is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include full cycle of recruitment, interviewing, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, salary payroll, taxes,, coordinating staff, Multitasks, Reports, Admin Role flexible addition by time, Contracts, Agreements of new staffing etc.,
Our organization is looking for an experienced and passionate HR Officer to provide support in various HR functions to the applicable business unit(s), including end-to-end and preparing reports. RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment Officer:

- Recruitment, research, screening and selection
- headhunter of good sales agents
- Screen CV's and perform initial screening interview, including background checks
- Attend to HR related queries
- Cold-calling

vacancy
- performance management of current Sales Agents
- Setting up interviews and assessment tests and creating a shortlist of

benefits
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients

HR
- Compile job profile, job spec, and job, advertisement
- Create contracts and offer letter
- Draft job profile
- Create and manage attendance sheet
- General admin duties
- Conduct and sit in interviews
- Conduct background checks
- Populate template for reference checks
- Business development
- Training of new interns

PAYROLL
- Data capturing and updated database
- Payroll management by counting leave days
- Confirm Salaries and distribute payslip
- Attend queries of short payment and any other mis calculation of commission
- Issue U19 forms and follow up with UIF queries
- Process payroll information and collect any relevant required information
- Assist payroll manager with payroll queries were applicable

ADMIN
- Data capturing and updated database
- Manage League to update points for sales people
- Compiling of database and score cards

- Chair hearing
- Filling and auditing of employee files
- Attendance register clocking and leave days account
- Answering phone calls and schedule interviews
- All general office admin and HR related issues

Basic salary (R10k + Commission) rest information will be discuss in interview.

- Have 4-5 years' Human Resources experience in Sales & Marketing
- HR degree/diploma at NQF level 5 or 7
- Good understanding of labor laws
- Strong ethical standards
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Possess good leadership skills

- Be a problem-solver

COMPUTER SKILLS

Excellent knowledge in working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Must knowledge about the local South Africans labor law**
