Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Commercial Development Manager for a permanent position based in Johannesburg Gauteng. The Commercial Development Manager is responsible for providing data and analysis as well as to lead projects with an aim to improve the commercial performance of the business in South Africa (SA) and Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). The Commercial Development Manager will act as Business Partner to the business segments in design, planning and implementation of commercial processes, projects and initiatives to maximize business impact in South Africa (SA) and Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA).

**Minimum Requirements**:
We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded marketer with a proven track record of implementing local projects with high impact.
- **CA(SA), MBA or BCom Economics (4yr) is a minimum requirement**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in Business Partnering / Corporate Finance / Investment Banking or Management Consulting roles
- Excellent numerical skills with an analytical approach to Marketing and the ability to construct fact-based recommendations and business cases
- Strong business acumen and commercial understanding
- Strong project management skills across functions and cultures
- Experience in management consulting, strategy or corporate development beneficial
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) - ideally combined with one more language
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills in addition to the ability to engage with different cultures in the SA & SSA region
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM database
