About the Role
A reputable client in the retail industry is looking for an Franchise Business Consultant in Johannesburg.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5 years overall experience, with emphasis on operations in a retail and/or consumer orientated service industry, preferably multi-outlet food/quick service restaurant environment.
- Experience, ideally, spans both operations and HR.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop a strategic relationship with a portfolio of franchisees across Africa with the key aim of growing, and strengthening the franchise business operations.
- Drive engagement and alignment with Fz partners through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
- Ensure strategic focus placed on World Class Operations through the Operations Capability Assessment (OCA).
- Field Visits, in restaurant, with Fz leadership teams.
- HR Audits, as dictated by the ‘Core Routine’ program.
- FBC will most often interact with franchise organisations, primarily at leadership team level - PO, Ops Director, HR Director and Region Coaches. Nature of the communication is dictated by the ‘Core Routine’ program, primarily structured QBR’s, annual OCA and in-restaurant field visits.
- Primary responsibility is not to innovate but to execute. During execution of certain tools, systems or processes insights may be found that will be fed back to REX to allow for changes to ensure systems are rolled-out and executed consistently.
