  • Growth Enablement:
    • Establish and support new franchises and financial advisers.
    • Drive business development within franchises by identifying revenue growth opportunities and initiating projects related to new business opportunities.
    • Offer financial planning guidance and best practice advice to franchisees and financial advisers.
    • Manage software implementation, standardize processes, and optimize operations to ensure seamless growth.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Foster strong connections between the Head Office and franchises to support growth targets.
    • Build and maintain relationships with franchisees and financial advisers to ensure a positive organizational culture.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs and engage with product providers to establish sustainable partnerships.
  • Governance and Licence Management:
    • Conduct compliance training and audits in partnership with advice and licence specialists to ensure adherence to risk management and compliance processes.
    • Investigate and report on instances of non-compliance and identify and address compliance or advice-related risks.

    Qualifications:

    Experience:
    • 5 years in the insurance industry, with experience in business development, client service, or management.
    • Proven experience working with financial advisers in a franchise setting.
    • Strong understanding of financial planning and practice management.
