**Purpose of the role**

**Responsibilities**
- ** Account Management**: Manage a portfolio of new & existing accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- ** Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular engagement.
- ** Revenue Growth**: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.
- ** Sales Support**: Assist in the sales process by identifying leads, following up on inquiries, and providing product information to potential clients.
- ** Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about company products and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- ** Administrative Tasks**: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence to support the sales team and ensure smooth operations.
- ** Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status using CRM software.

**Required skills and qualifications**

**Experience**: Proven experience in sales or account management roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
**Sales Acumen**: Strong sales instincts and a results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Relationship Building**: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
