**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As an Employer Partnerships Manager at HyperionDev, you need to provide employability support, skills development, project work and job opportunities to our graduate developers within our customer base. You also need to actively grow and manage the local and international database of employer partner companies by pitching the HyperionDev Career Services and marketing our developer graduates across our current and prospective employer pipelines.
Outcomes:
- Actively grow and manage the local and international database of employer partner companies
- Engage and develop relationships with prospective hiring companies through continuous market research and lead generation
- Ensure employer partner pipelines grow and remain relevant through regular contact
- Understanding the needs and requirements of hiring companies based on knowledge of the technical recruitment industry
- Understanding partners' recruitment cycles
- Ensuring the CRM (Nutshell) is continuously updated and accurate with employers' information as well as continuously updating the CRM tool at each step of the employer pipelines.
- Retrieve feedback from from employers on graduate outcomes
- Driving graduate and employer success stories
- Support and prepare developer graduates' through employability support, skills development, project work and highlighting job opportunities Ensure developer graduates' profiles are complete and ready to present to hiring companies
- Actively engage with developer graduates to ensure technical portfolios, resumes and social media profiles are of high quality and meet our standards
- Engage with developer graduates throughout the recruitment cycle to arrange interviews, assessments and feedback
- Provide access to bespoke career development resources that support graduates in honing their professional profiles and portfolios.
- Encourage students to create side-projects to fill the non-experience barrier.
- Delivery of career advisory 1:1 consultations with graduates.
- Regular check-ins, career support and monitoring of Alumni communication platforms.
- Offer developer graduates support in order to increase possibility of entry into the workplace
- Constant communication with developer graduates to ensure their information is represented correctly and that they are prepared and willing to join each role that they are interviewed for
- Communicate growth opportunities and remuneration structures to each developer? partner as well as facilitate the information flow of the requirements of each employer partner company
- Ensure developer graduates are ready for interviews - prepared as well as informed - to ensure a seamless selection and recruitment process and excellent hiring company experience
- Provide feedback and updates to developer graduates on a continuous basis
You will need to stay closely up-to-date with industry trends and the job market needs to ensure that we stay one step ahead. To excel in this role, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be a fast learner, and have an eye for detail. You will need to have people skills and the enthusiasm and capacity to upskill as the team scales. You should also be able to collaborate effectively with others and have a genuine interest in education within the EdTech space.
