**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Foster and sustain robust relationships with key clients, including senior executives, and strategic partners to foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial business ecosystem.
- Travel to Western Africa, rest of African and the Middle East on a regular basis.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in the region through market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including business advisory, product development and operations to ensure alignment with client needs and market trends.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on telecommunications solutions and services.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.
- Prepare and present compelling sales presentations to both prospective clients and current customers (upsell)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or similar.
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on African markets.
- Knowledge of Western African telecommunications landscape, including key players, market trends, and regulatory environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
