**Summarized Accountability**:
Support the HR Department with the compliance audit; accurate recording of information including filing of records.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support team with B-BBEE verification/auditing process.
- Maintain accurate systems as well as filing records.
- Data capturing and accurate keeping of records.
- Liaise with internal and external parties and clients.
- Support the team with maintaining procurement records.
- Build the data base of all suppliers.
- Maintain skills development records.
**Experience & Education**:
- Grade 12
- Diploma / Degree in HRM or related
- Basic understanding of Amended B-BBEE Code of Good Practice and understanding of audit concepts
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and quality
- Able to work under supervision.
