Our client in Johannesburg is looking for a CEO Office Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Manager in the office of the CEO in relation to:

- Strategic Initiatives; CEO support; Senior Management Liaison; Skills transfer and development of administrative staff; Senior Management Liaison; Communications, Partnerships, and Outreach
- Supervision of CEO Personal Assistant
- Support the Manager in the CEO’s Office to deliver projects, as determined by the CEO from time to time, within budget and timelines.
- Follows up on contacts made by the CEO and support the cultivation of ongoing relationships.
- Project managing upcoming Events.
- Supervise, guide and transfer skills to administrative staff in the various offices of the client.
- Through delegation of administrative tasks, ensure that administrative staff contribute towards the achievement of objectives.
- Support the Gauteng Office Manager with office logistics and inventory.
- Arrange travel, visas and accommodation and, meeting support and general assistance during presentations.
- Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings and take minutes during meetings where required.
- Provide support to the Social Committee, as directed by the CEO.
- Develop and maintain the clients Alumni process and co-ordinate events and communications relating to Alumni.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations and researching different topics, as per the CEO’s request.
- Reporting on the progress of Departments to the CEO, as per her request.
- Collecting and providing information/ documents to the CEO on Departments, as per her request.
- Devising and implementing action plans, as per the CEO’s request.
- Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected.
- Manage direct access to the CEO’S time and office.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’S office and departments, demonstrating leader-ship to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including personal correspondence and other tasks that facilitate the CEO’S ability to effectively lead the company.
- Manage scheduling of meetings and keep record of attendance and minutes of meetings.
- Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management and Executive meetings.
- Ensuring that the tasks executed by the executive office have been met and or being tracked.
- Work with the relevant departments to ensure that media communication, interviews, newspaper and social media reports are approved before publication.
- Ensures that the CEO’s bio is kept updated and responds to requests for materials regarding the CEO and the organisation in general.
- Edits and completes first drafts for written communication to external stakeholders.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and request, and handling them when appropriate.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

**Requirements**:

- Related qualification
- 3 years relevant experience in professional services environment
- Drivers Licence and own transport
- Respects confidentiality and secures the trust of other parties.
- Maintains curiosity and exercises professional scepticism.
- Strong strategic and operational experience in professional services environment
- Thorough understanding of Audit Firm business processes
