Somerset West, South Africa Healthcare Private Facility Full time

A healtchare facility in Somerset West is looking for an experienced **Senior Payroll Administrator **to join a healthcare facility based in **Somerset West.**

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Managing & Maintaining the clocking & attednace system of the business
- Ensuring that wage and fixed salary payroll is captured and processed on a monthly basis
- Ensuring that the leave management processes of the business is captured and managed in accordance with company policy
- Ensuring compliance with the BCEA, SARS and other statory bodies that may be applicable
- Ensuring that employee records and data is kept up to date
- Managing the mid-year and annual EMP501 submissions
- As part of the finance department, assisting with various ad hoc responsibilities as may be required from time to time

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Secondary Qualification: Matric
- Tertiary Qualification in relevant qualification: Advantageous but not required
- Language Professional Proficiency (read, write & speak): English & Afrikaans
- At least five (5) years of relevant payroll administration experience in a wage environment
- Clean criminal and credit records
- Highly confidential and professional
