About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in finance and administration to join our team as a Financial Administrator - Billing Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of billings against contracted rates, managing rates and billing queries for allocated customers, and performing daily/weekly checks on waybills to ensure they are rated correctly.

You will also assist in identifying issues relating to billing details, communicate with operations, sales, and other relevant parties regarding feedback, solutions or recommendations for billing requirements, and prepare and manage data required for customer billing summaries.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to manage further debtors and billing-related requirements as needed, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong attention to detail and accuracy. A minimum of 5 years' experience in finance/administration-related roles is essential, with intermediate-level computer literacy in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

An understanding or experience in the Logistics industry is highly advantageous, and you will be expected to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines and being prepared to work overtime from time to time if needed.
