Logistics Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and track shipments based on product availability and customer requests
- Prepare shipping documents (e.g., invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading)
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Manage warehouse inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities
- Assist with other logistics-related projects as needed
**Key Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
