Logistics Administrator

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Stock (GRV, picking slip for invoicing and planning of delivery) to cold store or customer
- Resolve stock queries
- Weekly reporting on all stock within cold stores & transport usage
- Revaluations of all stock
- Fuel consumption & tonnage report on EMI trucks
- Prepare driver schedules for collections and deliveries between cold stores, customers and suppliers
- Liaise with Freight forwarder on export documents from point of sale to delivery of container to customer
- Update transport rate sheets monthly as well as GIT
- Reconcile PODs from transporters and hand over to debtors.
- Request pos for transport and request invoices
- Stock consolidation to reduce pallet usage.
**Skills Required**:
- Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills
- Minimum Matric
- BSc in Supply chain management, Logistics or relevant field
- MUST have own transport
- Experience within the imports / exports industry is advantageous
- Cold Storage experience
- Warehouse Documentation experience
- Stock control experience
