The SAP Functional Consultant is responsible for supporting clients in the selection, implementation, and support of specific SAP modules.

We are looking for professional, dynamic, talented, and customer-oriented support and project consultants experienced in one or more of the modules above.

This role requires acute analytical skills, seasoned consulting skills, solid business knowledge, and SAP technical solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client's business environment to achieve the client's expected business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
  2. Knowledgeable in a selection of the SAP EWM / PS / WM / MM / SD / PM / PP / QM / PM modules with a deep understanding of how to deliver solutions that will be sustainable, functional, and aligned with Best Practices.
  3. Understand and analyze business and technical requirements, providing guidance and recommendations for gaps in the requirements.
  4. For support consultants, the ability to troubleshoot and deliver relevant and standard solutions within the Service Level Agreement and foster a trusted advisor role with the customers.
  5. For project consultants, the ability to take charge of their modules and produce quality and on-time deliverables throughout the project life cycle.
  6. Responsible for scoping workshops, defining and building solutions during sprints, managing testing and training, and supporting a successful go-live within the SAP module areas.
  7. Ensures technical and functional standards are observed in line with SAP Best Practice guidelines.
  8. Mentors, advises, and guides business super users.
  9. Liaises with senior business representatives.
  10. Ensures compliance with governance processes for support and project deliverables.
  11. Experienced in organizational structure setup and configuration suitable for the functional area.
  12. Proficient with data migration using the available migration tools.
  13. Deliver solutions leveraging the latest SAP innovations of the respective technologies.
Requirements:
  1. Graduate degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related areas.
  2. 5+ years of SAP MM / WM / SD / PP / PM / QM experience in end-user support and resolution of incidents and delivery of service requests, delivery of projects, or both.
  3. SAP S / 4HANA certifications for on-premise, Private Cloud, or Public Cloud Certification (advantage).
  4. Proficient with the relevant modules listed above.
  5. Working understanding of SAP Best Practices.
  6. Working knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.
  7. At least 3-5 end-to-end implementation projects (advantage).
  8. Experience in end-user support and resolution of incidents and delivery of service requests.
  9. Provide general technical support in the modules above, business systems analysis, and conduct SAP training as required.
  10. Create detailed systems documentation, test scripts, and presentations.
  11. Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.
  12. Solid data analysis and transformation skills.
