Retail Key Account Manager

Our client is an international company offering world-class digital products and services in B2B and B2C environments. They have a global sales network with a rapidly growing business unit in South Africa.

We are looking for a professional to take up the position of Retail Key Account Manager, based in Centurion, Gauteng. The role involves maximising performance of key accounts in line with agreed strategies and business objectives, strengthening relationships with key people in the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for achieving sell-on sales targets for allocated accounts and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and monitor business plans, coordinating resources to achieve set targets.
  • Utilise investments to maximise business performance return on investment.
  • Monitor and analyse account data to optimise continuous business performance and create local business opportunities.
Requirements:
  1. Matric essential.
  2. Sales and Marketing qualification (advantageous) with experience in FMCG Digital / Electronic / Print Retail sector.
  3. Minimum 5+ years of key account management experience in Digital / Printing / Camera Retail.
  4. Computer literate.
  5. Fluent in English – essential requirement.
  6. Open to SA citizens with a clear criminal and credit history.
  7. Valid unendorsed Driver's License is essential, with own vehicle (preferred).
