Job Description

Driving and leading large strategic change initiatives to improve efficiencies and meet the organisations strategic objectives. Ensuring organisational readiness through communication, training and coaching engagements so that the new system is embraced, adopted and effectively utilized.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Apply a structured methodology and contribute to change management activities.
  2. Responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration between the Operations and Bash teams.
  3. Foster collaboration between bash, brands and instore teams, ensuring a unified customer experience across all touchpoints.
  4. Utilize customer data collected across all channels to personalize the shopping experience and anticipate customer needs.
  5. Provide consistent and efficient customer service training plans across channels, ensuring seamless transitions between online and instore interactions.
  6. Explore and understand all new technologies and innovative solutions launched by bash to enhance the customer experience and develop suitable change plans to ensure successful adoption and utilization.
  7. Apply a change management process and tools to develop a strategy to drive adoption of the changes required by the project.
  8. Support communication efforts including drafting of comms for various stakeholders cascading key messages and interventions required at various stages of the project.
  9. Design, develop, deliver, and manage communications for a wider project team.
  10. Assess and plan change interventions.
  11. Conduct Change Impact Assessments, assess change readiness, identify, and map key stakeholders in order to develop a coherent plan that will address change needs.
  12. Identify training needs.
  13. Create Training Needs Analysis to support change programs. Influence the design and delivery of training programs, including coaching of project teams as required.
  14. Reporting and documentation.

Qualification And Experience

  1. A matric qualification.
  2. A related Degree / Diploma.
  3. At least 6 to 8 years of proven work experience in Project and Change Management.
  4. Solid experience of a minimum of 5 years of retail industry across functions will be advantageous.
  5. Change and impact analysis.
  6. Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR Model will be advantageous.
