Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience required: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in the food manufacturing or related industries.
Remuneration: Competitive salary and commission structure

Travel: Frequent travel will be required within South Africa

Duties and Responsibilities include; but not limited to:- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients in the food manufacturing sector.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase account revenue.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutual benefit.
- Put promotions in place to drive sales.
- Analyse effectiveness of promos actioned.
- Work closely with ops manager and sales & merchandising teams and keep them posted of promo activity and new product launches.
- Check & sign off trading term expenses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery, quality assurance, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and supply chain management best practices.
- Proactively solve client issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues and provide creative solutions for clients.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, with a focus on driving revenue and profitability.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with strong administrative and preparation capabilities.
