Accounts Admin & Receptionist required for a reputable property company based in East London, Eastern Cape 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, accounts, or reception role
  • Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Pastel, Xero) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, tenants, and visitors professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
  • Manage office supplies, filing systems, and general office organization.
  • Assist in updating tenant records, lease agreements, and payment schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
