To provide administrative assistance and support to the designated Manager and/or department/team in order to ensure the smooth running of the department/office.
- Manage filing system
- Meetings/Events
- Documents/Presentations/Reports
- Manage housekeeping
- Office Admin Support
- Petty cash
- Adhoc requests
- Daily Creditors and Reconciliation
- Daily Invoicing
- Daily Stock Capturing and balancing
- Manage and Ordering Stationery. Etc
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Overtime may be required
- Pressurised role, deadline driven
**Qualification Requirements**:
- Matric (must have MS Office advanced skills)
- Administration diploma or equivalent diploma an advantage
**Experience Requirements**:
- 2-3 years administrative experience in an FMCG environment
