HR Administrator - Projects (C1) Molyneux Family - Office of the Viscount Dwarsrivier Chrome Mine, a wholly owned subsidiary of Assore Limited, seeks an HR Administrator for the Projects function. Responsibilities include contractor administration, medical bookings, training, work permits, and exits of all external contractors. This role reports to the Projects Coordinator (or nominee). Key Responsibilities Perform contractor administration duties to ensure timely engagements, medical bookings, training, work permits and exits of all external contractors. Assist colleagues and team members with a variety of tasks as requested or instructed, providing contractor-related insights into problems or issues. Receive notification of new contractors and communicate starting dates, ensuring accurate medical bookings, engagements, training bookings, and exit processes upon contract expiry. Capture and file all documentation and information, ensuring safety and medical inductions. Maintain relationships with internal personnel and customers to promote the department and company image. Attend to contractor and related enquiries timely and in accordance with policy and statutory requirements. Generate and distribute the monthly Contractors Report after approval and submit to line supervisor. Minimum Educational Requirements Grade 12 / Standard 10 Certificate. Certificate in Human Resources Management. Experience 1 year practical experience in Clerical / Administrative in a mining environment. 1 year practical experience in HR Administration.
