You will serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides), and updating internal databases.Key Responsibilities:Answer phone calls and take messages professionally.Schedule interviews with a minimum return rate of 70%.Capture daily applications and issue them to the admin office.Assist with event bookings and signing contracts as needed.Perform basic office duties while maintaining a positive attitude.Keep a positive and professional demeanor at all times.Requirements:A valid Matric certificate and South African ID.Clear criminal record.Must be between the ages of 18-29.Excellent telephone etiquette.Strong team player with a willingness to grow.If you are a dynamic individual with the required skills and an eagerness to grow, we encourage you to join our team as we expand to Burgersfort and beyond
