Our mine, situated in the Limpopo Province about 60 kilometers from Lydenburg and 40 kilometers from Burgersfort, and is a world-class producer of Chrome Ore.

The successful applicant will report to the HR Practitioner Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits or nominee.

**MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12 / Standard 10 Certificate.
- National Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- Code 08 (B) Drivers Licence.
- ** Advantageous**: South African Board of Personnel Practitioners membership.

**EXPERIENCE (including but not limited to)**:

- 2 years practical experience in recruitment.
- 1 year practical experience in HR Administration.

**DUTIES (including but not limited to)**:

- Draft welcome notes for new employees. Prepare audit file for accurate record keeping. Update the HR System on receipt of the recruitment letters. Engage new employees and ensure all documents are completed.
- Provide weekly recruitment progress reports to supervisor/manager and line manager. Document control and record keeping compliance.
