Administration, Scoring and interpreting occupational and psychometric assessments in accordance with HPCSA standards
- Assisting with operational talent management processes in order to ensure informed talent decisions are made
- Administrating the occupational assessment software system to generate assessments reports and providing feedback
- Co-ordinate the performance management system to ensure uniformity when appraising employee performance
- Assisting with the establishment of succession plans per department based on gathered talent profile data
- Ensuring standardized alignment of marula job profiles with adverts
- Assisting with talent management processes as and when required
- Ensuring adherence to the quality management system and required reporting systems
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Honours degree or NQF level 7 qualifications in industrial psychology is essential
- Registered with HPCSA as a psychometrist is essential
- 2 years working experience in assessment administration and scoring in occupational assessments is essential
- Talent management experience is essential
- Computer literacy (MS Office Package) is essential
- Knowledge of psychometric assessments policies and procedures is essential
- Must have good planning and organizing skills
- Obligated to obtain a medical fitness certificate (Red Ticket)
**Salary**: R40,000.00 per month

- Bachelors (preferred)
**Experience**:
- assessment administration: 5 years (preferred)
