Performance Management Implementation of the performance appraisal process and systems within divisionEnsure all employees have been evaluated in line with their position profiles and all records are uploaded on the HR Information System HR Policies and Compliance Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to all employeesCollect, analyse and compile Employment Equity Statistics for Employment Equity ReportingPrepare and lead HR legislative and compliance auditsStakeholder engagement and relationship managementReporting of compliance and ethical issues Employee Engagement and Well-being Implement strategies to enhance employee morale, engagement and satisfactionManage and organise staff wellness and employee eventsCoordinate the CSR and CSI projectsCoordinate mobile clinics for employees Administration and Reporting Ensure good communication on all levelsAccurate and timely data capturing and reporting - time and attendance reports, employee movements and any other HR reportsOrganising workplace forum meetings and ensure there are minutes thereofConduct housing inspectionsCreating and maintaining personnel filesIR Administration - Compile charge sheets for disciplinary hearings, ensure correct forms are used for warnings and grievances.
