This position is based in our office in Johannesburg, South Africa. Main tasks and responsibilities Supporting Bolt’s customers and partners — online and in person — to help them get the most out of our services. Resolving issues quickly and kindly, using Bolt’s best practices and your own sound judgment. Communicating clearly and professionally across multiple channels — chat, email, voice, or face-to-face. Helping improve how we work by sharing feedback and ideas with your team and cross-market peers. Playing an active role in shaping a world-class customer experience across Ride, Food, Rentals and more. About you You're confident handling both online and in-person support interactions. You’re an excellent communicator, fluent in English (bonus if you speak other South African languages). You’re detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and good at solving problems on the fly. You can follow structured processes while still delivering a human experience. Experience is great, but we also look for drive, intelligence, and integrity.
