We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Operations Agent to join our fast-growing Support team.

About the role

You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service both online and in-person, across our ride-hailing businesses. This position is based in our office in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Supporting Bolt's customers and partners — online and in person — to help them get the most out of our services.
  • Resolving issues quickly and kindly, using Bolt's best practices and your own sound judgment.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally across multiple channels — chat, email, voice, or face-to-face.
  • Helping improve how we work by sharing feedback and ideas with your team and cross-market peers.
  • Playing an active role in shaping a world-class customer experience across Ride, Food, Rentals and more.

About you:

  • You're confident handling both online and in-person support interactions.
  • You're an excellent communicator, fluent in English (bonus if you speak other South African languages).
  • You're detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and good at solving problems on the fly.
  • You can follow structured processes while still delivering a human experience.
