  • Manage 5 people (Human Capital Consultants and Talent Acquisition)
  • Accountable for the full Human Capital function of the company
  • Strategy and Planning for HR
  • Talent Management
  • Organisational Risk Management, Compliance and Control
  • Organisational Design
  • Remuneration & Benefits
  • Manage labour relations
  • Implement systems and processes to drive operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to build a strong brand and employee value proposition.
  • Manage HR budgets and adhere to financial and management regulations
  • Hybrid working model is offered
