Job description:
  • Lead a team of five, including Human Capital Consultants and Talent Acquisition specialists
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and plans in collaboration with the CFOO.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, development, and overall talent management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and manage organisational risk.
  • Streamline and optimise HR processes for efficiency, data integrity, and security.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to build a strong brand and employee value proposition.
  • Manage HR budgets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
