Your Role:

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships to expand our market presence.
  • Proactively prospecting and engaging with potential clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Leveraging your 360 Recruiter skills to source, assess, and onboard top talent that fuels our organizational success.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
