Regional Key Account Manager

- Relevant degree/diploma
- Min 5 years FMCG experience in Key Account Management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel essential
- Power BI experience advantageous
- Strong analysis skills
- Use all resources available to deliver budget and create a sustainable business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Track category performance and market share to identify opportunities and threats and develop plans accordingly
- Develop, negotiate and track retail-specific promotional activities
- Ensure the effectiveness of the Electronic Point of Sale data for the various retailers whilst maintaining and updating the integrity of the database
- Deliver service to key customers to the level that is expected from leading brands to maintain the companys strong position in market
- Manage all elements of customer management
- Manage all administration required for the customers and service providers within the portfolio efficiently and effectively
- Ensure shelf health excellence, using retailer reports and by working closely with the 3rd party sales and merchandising team
