What you will be doing:

  • Maintain good customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, while employing business strategies to enhance product adoption, retention, upselling, contract adherence, and growth.
  • Introduce new products to customers, provide coaching and training on product features, and identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Build trust by being responsive to customers and recognising their contributions, while also tracking and ensuring prompt resolution of customer support tickets.
  • Conduct web sessions for troubleshooting and issue resolution, collaborating with other teams when necessary.
  • Work with Account Directors, Sales, and Professional Services to deliver value to customers.

What our client is looking for:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be ideal.
  • 5+ years' experience working directly with customers and partners - in an SDLC environment
  • Proven ability to analyse situations, identify key objectives, and propose effective action plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation.
  • Strong project planning and management skills, with experience in proposals and RFPs a plus.
