Partner Development Manager

It involves:
- Establishing and managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders aimed at driving partner adoption and expansion.
- Developing scalable Go-To-Market strategies that ensure the set sales targets are achieved.
- Build a team of motivated PDMs whom you will guide and grow to deliver best-in-class partner experience, achieve targets, and ultimately grow the business, etc.
Requirements:
- +5 Years Experience in Partner Development Management / Sales / Business Development Management.
- +2 Years sales Management Experience.
- Experience selling cloud solutions & services to ISVs, and SMB markets.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
- An AWS Certification OR Proven record of own learning applied to the cloud (Preferably AWS).
