About the role
As a Financial Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations of GM of the company. This opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience in financial administration within a dynamic and growing company.
Responsibilities:

â Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts with meticulous attention to detail.
â Help maintain accurate financial records and databases, ensuring entries are up-to-date and reconciled.
â Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and precision.
â Assist in monitoring cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
â Aid in the preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
â Assist with payroll administration, including processing timesheets and employee expenses accurately.
â Help analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making, ensuring data accuracy.
â Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and information as required, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
â Assist in financial analysis and forecasting to support business planning and decision-making with meticulous attention to detail.
â Help implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls, ensuring adherence and accuracy.
â Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including filing, scanning, and correspondence, with meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Recent graduate or currently pursuing a qualification in Finance Accounting or a related field.
  • South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.
  • Must not have taken part in the YES Programme before.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial terminology with meticulous attention to detail.Strong organizational skills and ability. to prioritize tasks effectively with meticulous attention to detail.
