Duties;
Full Internal Sales Duties: Cold Calling, Quoting, Liaising, Negotiating and trading. Target Driven with set expectations, and to grow any current business and related relationships.
Converting leads to sales. Extensive client liaison gaining trust and building long-term relationships with customers. Weekly and monthly sales reports. Meeting & exceeding sales targets and selling across various industries and sectors; electrical, mining, engineering, mechanical, etc.
Full List of duties to be discussed, but the above is a summary. Basically full internal sales functions.

Requirements:
Must have previous Internal Sales Experiences in a technical environment. (Electrical, automotive, DIY or Hardware, Manufacturing, Indsutrial etc).
Must be attentive, but with an extroverted, outgoing personality. Must be able to work under pressure.
Must have relevant references, and not be a job-hopper. Must be able to engage in 2 or more languages.
Must be well presented and professional. Must have worked on previous quoting applications and be experienced in Excel.

  • We do not offer monthly commission, but Quarterly Target Bonuses (a percentage of Sales achieved for that quarter)

Education:
High School (matric) (Required), technical subjects will be an advantage. Reasonable pass obtained.
Experience:
Sales, Technical: 2 years min (Required) / Internal Sales, Technical: 2 years min (Required)

Application Deadline: End 2024, to start January 2025.
Junior applicants: 8-12k basic p.m. Mid-senior applicants: 15-17k basic p.m.
