Internal Sales Representative

**Requirements**:
- Martic.
- 3-5 years of proven internal sales experience in the engineering, mining, or agricultural field.
- Experience selling outside of South Africa.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- French knowledge is an advantage.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Handle inquiries from both internal and external customers, ensuring prompt resolution and maximum benefit to the company.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and proactively contribute to sales growth initiatives.
- Respond to customer sales inquiries promptly, preparing and submitting quotations within specified timelines.
- Track and update customer information in the CRM database.
- Monitor customer accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions.
- Assist the sales team with sales administrative duties such as compiling quotations, processing customer orders, ensuring that payment terms are met, and organising and monitoring product deliveries.
- Assist the sales team with arranging appointments with prospective customers, for product demonstrations and presentation of the business services and products.
- Assist the sales and projects teams in the tender process with administrative duties such as research, cost estimates, etc., as, and when needed.
- Manage financial reporting tasks, including processing quotes, creating invoices, and generating purchase orders.
- Assist the sales team with inquiries and support their activities as needed.
- Update internal price lists to ensure accuracy and alignment with company standards.
- Always keep the customer database up to date.
