As they continue to expand their market presence, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is critical for fostering strong relationships with key clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand the client base.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profit.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing processes and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
