Business Development and Partnerships Sales Agent

- Identify, target, and acquire new business partnerships in local neighborhoods to join our network of pickup points .
- Meet and exceed partnership monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of business development activities and local businesses interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide timely and regular reports to the head of business development on potential prospects, meetings, negotiations and market feedback
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, business development and or prospecting enterprise organizations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong skills in self-sourcing opportunities (outreach) and the ability to appropriately qualify inbound leads.
- Works well with cross-functional teams and performs in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to achieve goals and quotas.
- Experience working with enterprise sales and CRM tools.
- Must be self-directed, a quick learner, energetic, and an enthusiastic team player.
- Challenger-sales methodology skills are a plus.
Qualifications- Matric required.
Other requirements- Valid Driver's License.
- Own Car.
