RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful incumbent will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing and communication activities to drive brand awareness and support our sales initiatives.

Duties will include the following:

  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing and communication activities in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Manager and Coatings national team.
  • Define and manage the annual marketing and communications budget.
  • Support sales initiatives and marketing campaigns with promotional and exposure materials.
  • Coordinate and support the Sales Team with regional meetings and events involving market influencers and associations.
  • Enhance the company's brand presence in the local market through new communication channels and digital solutions.
  • Assist the Sales Team with brand and customer-specific presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Team to define and implement digital tools that meet the local market needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with Marketing, Communications, and Digital teams in EMEA to stay updated on new initiatives supporting the local market.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing and communication
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy
  • Experience in rolling out digital tools is a distinct advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities
  • Metrics-driven mindset with a creative flair
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
