Solar Energy Business Development Specialist

RPO Recruitment is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business development efforts in the solar energy sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development plans to expand market presence in the solar energy sector
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Experience in business development or sales within the solar energy sector is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of solar technology and market dynamics
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Results-oriented with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
