Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring they are kept informed of upcoming events and commitments.
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for the MD and their team.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports and other documents as required, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with project management, coordinating between teams and keeping track of progress and deadlines.
  • Represent the MD and the company with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant supporting a MD or senior executive.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and communicate clearly with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • The ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Salary:
From R8,000.00 per month
