HR Administrator
Resonance HR is an HR Consultancy which provides HR Services to multiple clients in multiple provinces around South Africa.


We are looking for a Junior HR Assistant Administrator to liaise between different client offices within theJohannesburg and East Rand area performing HR Administrative duties for the clients.


The HR Administrator will work from the client's offices and report to the HR Business Partner who works both remotely and in-office.


Main Responsibilities:

First Point of Contact

  • The HR Administrator will act as the first point of contact for clients whilst communicating and escalating information and issues to the HR Business Partner.
  • The first point of contact serves an important role in the relationship between the HR
Business Partner and its clients. Every interaction between clients and a point of contact can either build or damage the organization.

HR Administration

  • The main responsibilities as the HR Administrator will be to maintain, update and manage various HR documents and internal databases.
  • Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company
HR documentation (digitally and in hard-copy format)

  • Support HR function by supplying information and assistance to HR Business Partner, staff and Managers.
Reports and HR Monthly reports

Experience Required:

  • Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong love of administration, organisation, attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage calmly and take initiative. Down to earth manner.

Essential Requirements:

  • Driver's License and own vehicle ESSENTIAL to fulfil this role.
  • Tertiary HR qualification (Certificate or Diploma)
