Labour & HR Administrator
Resonance HR is an HR Consultancy which provides HR Services to multiple clients in multiple provinces around South Africa.

Main Responsibilities:

First Point of Contact

  • The HR Administrator will act as the
    HR Representative for clients (office based) whilst communicating and escalating information and issues to the HR Business Partner.
  • The first point of contact serves an important role in the relationship between the HR Business Partner and its clients. Every interaction between clients and a point of contact can either build or damage the organization.

Industrial Relations:

  • Undertake and
    complete the IR & ER processes including managing internal disciplinary enquires, disciplinary hearings, appeals and grievance meetings.
  • Prepare all documentation/information for Disciplinary Hearings and CCMA cases.
  • Representing the Company at CCMA and Bargaining Council

HR Administration

  • The main responsibilities as the HR Administrator will be to maintain, update and manage various HR documents and internal databases.
  • Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company HR documentation (digitally and in hardcopy format)
  • Support HR function by supplying information and assistance to HR Business Partner, staff and Managers.
  • Assist the HR Business Partners with the compilation and submission of HR Analytics Reports and HR Monthly reports

Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of Employment legislation including OHSA, EEA, BCEA, SDA
  • Knowledge of Industrial Relations legislation and procedures
  • Internal policies & procedures implementation
  • Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong love of administration, organisation, attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage calmly and take initiative. Down to earth manner.

Essential Requirements:

  • Driver's License and own vehicle is ESSENTIAL to fulfil this role.
  • Tertiary HR qualification (Certificate or Diploma)
