Trafalgar's Durban office requires a self-motivated, dedicated individual for their Shareblock division for the poistion as Levy Clearance and Shareblock administrator.

Shareblock experience is relevant.

  • Complete and finalise Share Transfer processes to finality
  • Gather the required information from all parties to draw up the transfer
  • Complete all SARS documents and declaration in line with the transfer
  • Ensuring the Agent and attorneys sign off on all the required documents
  • Always check on outstanding levies and obtain reconciliation of levies
  • Raise fees charged for the transfer
  • Issue Share certificate
  • Ensure CIPC done on Shareblock
  • Ensure al documents are available to the Qdocs administrator
  • Attend to all the Levy Clearance responsibilities
