Trafalgar is the market leader in Residential Property Management nationally. Trafalgar's Durban office requires a self-motivated, dedicated individual for their Shareblock division for the poistion as Levy Clearance and Shareblock administrator. Shareblock experience is relevant.
- Complete and finalise Share Transfer processes to finality
- Gather the required information from all parties to draw up the transfer
- Complete all SARS documents and declaration in line with the transfer
- Ensuring the Agent and attorneys sign off on all the required documents
- Always check on outstanding levies and obtain reconciliation of levies
- Raise fees charged for the transfer
- Issue Share certificate
- Ensure CIPC done on Shareblock
- Ensure al documents are available to the Qdocs administrator
- Attend to all the Levy Clearance responsibilities
