Compliance Administrator with Experience Within

Seeking a Compliance Administrator to support a team of recruitment consultants by completing all necessary checks required to assure our healthcare supply staff are fully compliant in accordance with all applicable legislation and client specific requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support, document chasing and compliance checking
- Building strategic relationships with relevant individuals
- Managing documentation in a proficient manner
- Making, answering and transferring calls
- Ensure that outstanding documents and compliance requirements are chased efficiently
- Be knowledgeable of and work confidently in ensuring compliance checks are undertaken in line with specific client/Framework requirements
- Comply with all relevant sector specific legislation
- To liaise with external bodies and providers to process relevant checks & verifications in line with required standards
- Comply with all policies, procedures, relevant employment legislation and appropriate codes of practice
- As a member of the Compliance team, support the business with the requirements of any internal/external audits
- Monitor daily reports to track any compliance documentation due to expire
- Taking direction from senior members of staff and carrying out assignments as directed
- Identify and suggest improvements to new and existing processes, procedures and systems
- Supporting fellow team members within their area as required
- Positively participate in performance management and personal development processes
- Completing adhoc tasks as required
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Previous compliance experience within healthcare recruitment
- Appropriate verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work towards strict deadlines
- Ability to use own initiative

- ICT literate with accurate keyboard skills

Desirable Skills and Attributes:
- Working knowledge of the CCS and/or H.T.E TWS II Frameworks and relevant requirements

This position will be based in Parkmore, Santon and reports to the Compliance Partner based in the UK,
Hybrid working model
Salary Package up to R15k per month
Salary:
R13, R15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
