You want to make a real impact, shape a business, and have fun doing it. So, join us. Together, we'll define great hosting. As a New Listings Consultant, you will help maintain, build, and scale up host relations.

New Listings Consultants will display a level of diligence that ensures only homes of the utmost quality are acquired and that the hosts that come through are properly informed.


Duties Include:

  • Managing the entire process from lead to signup for the whole of South Africa
  • Fielding incoming enquiries from prospective owners/listings with efficiency
  • Making calls to further qualify incoming leads.
  • Spending part of your time visiting new owners/listings to onboard their homes in the Western Cape area.
  • Complete a market analysis of rates and provide suggested selling rates to owner.
  • Assist with fee structure for the property of owner.
  • Based on that put together contract and pricing sheet for owner signature
  • Achieving monthly individual targets
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth signup process.
  • Be the first point of contact for new listing owners if they have queries or concerns.

Requirements?

  • Matric
  • A degree in related field will be advantageous.
  • Previous sales / business development / account management experience
  • Previous hospitality / hosting experience advantageous
  • Contactable previous work references
  • Need to have reliable transportation.
  • Need to reside close to Bloubergstrand and surrounding areas.
