Lead Generator - Retail Environment

Location:
Within a 20km radius from Kempton Park

Salary:
Earning potential of R20,000 per month

Experience Required:
Minimum of 8 years in similar work experience

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels including online marketing and existing CRM database.

Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and introduce them to our products and services.

Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.

Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales teams.

Qualifying Customers: Booking Appointments

Requirements:

Experience: At least 8 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within a retail environment.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Telephone Etiquette
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer Literate
