This prolific non-profit organisation has been advancing the field of paediatric health in South Africa and globally for over 30 years, and they're on the hunt for a strong and passionate leader who can spark innovation, identify new streams of income and implement systems that motivate their income development team.
As part of their leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the identification and acquisition of new strategic partnerships and stakeholder opportunities, and for guiding the development department.
You will develop and utilise cutting-edge, creative methods to boost donor retention, tap into new markets and diversify income opportunities that go beyond traditional fundraising techniques.
The organisation is looking for an exceptional leader, but also an analytical and artistic mind who can:Drive income and growth through relationships, appeals, digital engagement and sector-leading income development activity
Develop and implement robust Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks,
Lead a team of high performing professionals to develop and implement new activities and campaign
Engage with the leadership team and CEO to plan budgets and set objectives, as well as manage project timelines, and achieve project goals, all aligned with organisational development needs.
Significant experience of senior management,Experience in developing successful and innovative campaigns - gained in areas such as sales, business development, fundraising or marketing.
An inspiring leader that can demonstrate both clarity and vision, as well as the power and presence to motivate, and the ability to make well-informed decisions,
A proven track record of driving new business development initiatives,
Exceptional writing skills and storytelling abilities.
