Key Requirements:

  • Minimum NDip in Human Resources Management or a qualification in B Com Law.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word as well as an HRrelated system.
  • Must be highly organised and systemsorientated.
  • Must have knowledge of HR legislation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring appointment processes are being followed and approvals obtained from the EEC.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new employees.
  • Assisting in employment legal contractsemployment contracts, amendments, extensions, etc.
  • Maintaining employee information, training, qualifications, job titles, etc on the employee and payroll systems.
  • Train new employees on Deltekhow to submit timesheets and expense claims.
  • Assist in resolving leave queries and doing leave reconciliations monthly.
  • Follow up on timesheets.
  • Keep track of the Labour Broker contracts, extensions and cancellations.
  • Monthly SARSEMP201submission.
  • Monthly Medical aid and Pension Fund recons.
  • Capture leave transactions on payroll for general staff.
  • Assist in preparation for the following audits:
  • Labor audits (BCEA, EE, UIF).
  • BBBEE verification audits.
  • Financial audits(Employee & payroll information).
  • ISO audits (Employee & payroll information).
  • Complete UIF forms for employees on termination, maternity leave, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislations (UIF, COID).
  • Facilitate the Learnership and Mentorship program for GT.
  • Capture all training done and planned on the training register.
  • Provide general admin support to the CFO and HR Manager as and when required.
