Monthly Basic Salary (Market related)
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records
- Assisting with PRO duties, including visa processing, government liaison, and document clearance
- Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Assisting with event planning and coordination as needed
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
